Terms of Service
Updated October 12, 2026. These cover dyadic.app, the Dyadic Workspace and API, and the Dyadic apps.
Dyadic is an AI workspace and an API: you work with Iris, keep your projects, files, images and memory together, and can call the same AI from your own apps. Using Dyadic means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, which says what is stored and how to delete it. They are written to be read; if something is unclear, ask.
Your Account
- You need to be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms yourself.
- Turning Safemode off lets answers and images include nudity and sexual content between adults. Only turn it off if you're 18 or older (or older, where the law where you live says so).
- One account is for one person. Keep your passkeys, recovery codes and any linked Discord account safe; whatever happens through your sign-ins is treated as you.
- If you think someone else has got into your account, sign the device out on your account page and email [email protected].
Credits
AI usage is measured in credits. Answers, images and the tools Iris uses are charged by what they cost to run, and the Workspace shows what each response used. Your plan sets how many credits you have each week. Credits have no cash value: they can't be sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for money. How many credits a plan includes, and what usage costs in credits, can change; the Workspace always shows your current balance.
API Keys and Apps
- API keys spend your credits. Keep them secret, out of public code and out of apps that run on other people's devices. You are responsible for usage under your keys until you delete them.
- If you build an app on the API, its users are yours: you are responsible for telling them how your app uses their data, and for what your app does with Iris's answers.
- Rate limits and usage limits apply. Don't work around them, for example by spreading one workload across many accounts.
What You Can't Do
- Break the law, or use Dyadic to help someone else break it.
- Create or share sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises real people without their consent.
- Harass, threaten or impersonate people, or collect personal data about others without a right to.
- Make malware, phishing or spam, or attack, probe or overload any system, including Dyadic's, without permission.
- Use the code sandbox for anything but your own work: no cryptocurrency mining, no attempts to break out of it, and no reaching other systems you aren't allowed to.
- Try to get past safety measures, scrape the site, or resell access to Dyadic without permission.
Answers are generated by AI model providers through OpenRouter, so their usage policies apply to what you ask too.
Your Content
What you put into Dyadic stays yours, and so does what Iris makes for you, as far as the law allows. You give Dyadic permission to store, process and send it where it needs to go to run the service, as the Privacy Policy describes, and nothing more. Only share things you have the right to share; an album or anything else you share by link can be seen by anyone who has the link.
Iris's Answers
Iris can be wrong. It can misread a source, miss something recent or state a guess with confidence. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Nothing it says is professional advice: market data and analysis are for information only and are not investment advice, and the same goes for medical, legal and financial questions. Code it writes or runs should be reviewed before you use it anywhere that matters.
The Service
Dyadic is new and changing. Features can be added, changed or removed, the Android app is a beta, and there will be outages. Dyadic is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Ending Your Use
You can stop using Dyadic and delete your account at any time. An account that breaks these terms, or puts the service or other people at risk, can be limited, suspended or closed, and its API keys revoked. Where it is safe to, you'll be told why.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Dyadic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, or anything that comes from relying on an AI answer. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and significant changes are announced in the Dyadic Discord. Using Dyadic after a change means you accept the new terms.
